GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All rentals will be subject to the Terms and Conditions included in the contract between «Motostrailadventure» customers and their tenants. The purpose of the lease is the temporary authorization to tenants the use of motorcycles owned by «Motostrailadventure» for the period rental booked and confirmed.
Requirements for the driver:
-Minimum Age 25
-Minimum 3 years of possession of Spanish motorcycle driving license class «A» or equivalent
‘All drivers must possess and present a valid driver’s license and / or International issued in the country or permanent resident status
Reservations and payments:
-We Recommend booking as far in advance to secure your preferred dates holiday

They -Recibirán our answer within 24 hours to your request
-In The time of confirmation, will have 48 hours to make payment of a deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost of rent through the bank account number provided by «Motostrailadventure» means any transfer fee generating bank management will in charge of tenant.
-The Deposit will be taken as a credit to your account rent
-from This time, the motorcycle shall be restricted to its name dates
–The Remaining amount will be paid on the same day before picking ls motorcycle and a € 300 and € 1800 depending on motorbike model deposit must be paid in full by credit card or cash before the date of pick up the motorcycle.
The deposit will be returned once it has completed the contracted service.
Rent:
-In Case of breakage or failure caused by misuse of the motorcycle or not following the instructions of the tour guide was used to pay the deposit to cover expenses incident that valued its discretion under the guidance.
If the lessee under your driving to endanger others in the group or to third parties or infrige any traffic rules will block the motorcycle at the time and the lease automatically be annulled losing all rights to payment and refund on their own you will have to go back where you stay or destination.
-The Fines are the responsibility of the tenant. If you receive any derivative of a breach occurred during the rental period, we are obliged to provide the competent authority their personal data.
Prohibitions and limitations:
Our motorcycles may not be used under any circumstances:
-for unauthorized persons as driver in the rental agreement
-for people with driver’s license suspended or with a disability to drive
-for people under the effects of alcohol, (stimulant or depressant) drugs and / or other substances that may adversely affect the conditions for driving
Very important: non-compliance with these rules, incidents caused by failure to follow traffic rules, leaving the scene of an accident and / or exceeded during the rental period without prior notice to the company, will involve the immediate implementation of deposit guaranteed for our company. Damage resulting from these assumptions are the responsibility of the tenant regardless of cost involving, as the insurance contract does not cover
Cancellations and changes:

No refunds will be given on cancellations made within 72 hours prior to start of hire or no-shows customer
-Changes Allowed until 24 hours prior to start of hire, an increase of 15% on the total amount of the reservation with a minimum of 50 Euros
Cancellation due to weather conditions:
For adverse weather causes that may endanger the safety of people we reserve the right to cancel the tour that day, in which case the money is not reimbursed, we offer an alternative that both parties agree to.
Health Insurance:
No insurance is included, remain the responsibility of the tenant to travel to one hired
